The canvas, these come in various types. From 100% cotton to a combination of cotton with mostly polyester (so the fabric is less likely to discolour due to the sun).
This fabric is a bit stiffer and is nice for curtains, cushions and other decoration.
This fabric is also suitable for the top of a baby blanket, sleeping bag, a teepee tent, bag/shopper or for a play mat, for example.
The more cotton, the more the fabric will shrink, so assume between 3 and 7%.
